Christmas in Vacaville

Tuesday night was our annual Christmas Tree lighting in downtown Vacaville. There was probably between 14,000 and 17,000 people downtown for this event. It's such a great time when families come together, carols are sung, and all the businesses are open with cookies and hot cocoa. There are horse drawn wagon rides and the Vacaville Museumn gives out their famous onion soup. Of course, Santa always makes his grand entrance dangling over the Christmas tree in the bucket of a crane and fake snow falling everywhere. Here's a few pictures.
