Here it is almost 12 o'clock and I'm still in my pajamas. I feel like I have a hangover except that I didn't have any alcohol yesterday at all. I was trying to stay on program within reason. I drank water and only had a few appetizers and when we sat down to eat I took small portions and no seconds. I know I didn't eat that much but I just don't feel well today. Maybe it's an accumulation of sugar over the last couple of weeks.
What I really need to do is go get dressed and take my lazy self and my lazy dogs out for a long walk. I think it would make me feel so much better. I'll let you know how that works out.
