I had a really good week. Down another 1.2 lbs, so I met my goal of 1 lb a week. I've discovered that if I want to continue to lose weight, I shouldn't use my extra 49 points per week. I only used 4 of them this past week, so I'm going to try not to use any this coming week. As I get more active, I may have to use them, but not right now.
